Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Certain items such as sale items or gift cards may not be eligible for return.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team at support@boerfmian.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to process and appear on your account.
Exchanges
- If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the item you’d like. Please follow the return procedure above and contact customer service for assistance.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs, if applicable.
Non-Refundable Items
